Dear Louise,

Unsubscribing from the histonet is very simple..i do it very regularly,
if i am going off on vacation for example.

All you need to do is send an email to the list with UNSUBSCRIBE as the
subject. Nothing else, no text in the body of the email, just the
subject UNSUBSCRIBE and the hit send.
