Skeletal preps:
I don't have it to hand, but if I remember rightly, when I skipped thru
the current issue of Biotechnic & Histochemistry yesterday, there
was just such an article on skeletal preps using alcian blue.

Pictures were great (thinking of reproducing them on my kitchen
walls!)
