Earle's Balanced Salt Solution (EBSS) is a tissue culture medium that
contains varying amounts of CaCL2, MgSO4, KCL, NaHCO3, NaCl, NaH2PO4.H20 and
glucose, according to the application and technique. It is available in
pre-mixed salts or in solution from Sigma and Atlanta Biological to name a
few.

Subject: Earls Buffered Salt Solution

Hi All,
Does anyone out there have a recipe for Earls Buffered Salt Solution? Is
this another name for something commonly used or is this something all
together different?
Thanks in advance.
