CD3, CD19, CD138 [anti mouse]
From: | "Vaughan, Mary" <Mary.Vaughan@RoswellPark.org> (by way of histonet) |
Hi Histonetters,
An Investigator here has been looking for antibodies that would be
appropriate for use with the mouse tumors [paraffin sections]. He is
interested in CD3, CD19 and CD138. He found an antibody to CD138 that
claims success in paraffin sections -- rat IgG2a, kappa clone 281-2 from
Pharmingen. The antibodies to CD3 and CD19 from Pharmingen claim utility in
frozen, acetone-fixed sections but don't provide any information about
paraffin sections. Does anyone have any experience with these [or other
similar Ab's] in mouse paraffins? Thanks ..
Best Regards,
