It is cheaper to make it up yourself, best of all is preweigh the
trypsin into vials for the amount you would normally use (100 mg or whatever
is recommended) and store sealed vials in -80C or -27C freezer.

Reconstitute this in proper buffer, and make sure the temperature is
37C (optimal temperature at which the enzyme works best!), for 10 min.
In a busy lab, if you have extra hands to do the weighing, it will
speed up work and lessen costs.
