check out intergen (www.intergenco.com, 1(800)431-4505).  They have tunnel
kits that are fairly easy to use and when I first contacted them, they
sent me a book of refs on apoptosis and the tunnel method, including alot
using their product.  So far, I've had good luck with their product.
