I attended a great workshop on plastic embedding for light microscopy
conducted by Neil Hand (Nottingham, England) at the recent NSH
Convention/Symposium last week.  I have his email and snail mail
addresses if you'd like to email me directly.  He included immuno
techniques for methyl methacrylate sections in his handouts, antibody
info, procedures, references, etc...  This info sounds like it would give
you some great direction.
