We have been using a mAb (clone 113-1) to a mitochondrial antigen from BioGenex Laboratories to investigate formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues/tumors. We use it at a dilution of 1:100 overnight with EnVision+ detection (DAKO). It works very well! R. Cartun
