Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding doing immuno on a in-situ after it has been
stained with H & E. Does anyone have any sort of protocol for this.
I believe after removing the coverslip I would run it backwards to water and
then start my procedure right???? Anyway if anyone has such a thing would you
please forward it to me. Do you do antigen retrieval on this section. What
damage if any will the in-situ have. Note: It has been labeled with a
radioactive probe.
Thanks for all of your help
