Dear Histonetters,

I am a Histologic Technician with over 16 years of experience. I trained in
Marshfield, Wisconsin in 1983-4 and have both technical and management
experience. I have specialized skills in the following areas of histology:
immunohistochemistry, muscle biopsies, plastics, etc.). I also have experience
in research, training, and basic cytology preparation, along with many
other skills.

The reason I am looking for a position is that our pathologist is leaving and
they are not sure if the laboratory will remain open or be incorporated into
general pathology. I have, due to these changes, decided it may be a good time
for me to look to see what is available in the field at the present time,
since I have been with this institution for over 10 years.

If you are interested in my skills you may reach me either by return e-mail or
by phoning me at (319)335-7095 (days) or (319)626-4638 (evenings).

I would like to stay in the Mid-West (preferably Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota),
however, I am willing to take a look at other positions.

Thanks for your time Histonetters!
Lynn Gardner, HT(ASCP)
