Histonetters!

Hi! Haven't been on board for awhile, but now I have a
broad question for all of you in vet or research, or
any lab that deals with animal tissue. I've been asked
to give a workshop on this subject. Please share with
me some examples of how animal tissue differs from
human tissue? And how did you deal with the difficult
tissues presented to you? This workshop will be mostly
basic procedures with maybe a little immuno thrown in.
One thing I've learned from being an HT for 26 years
is that there is so much more out there that I can
learn from all of you. I don't want to present a
narrow view at this workshop.
I've worked at the University of Florida vet school
and also in a large research facility dealing with
large numbers of animal tissue for a total of 10 years
experience in the animal tissue field.
Thank you so much for your imput in advance :-)
