Use of NSE

Does anyone know how to stain for NSE in brain tissue, Does it stain only
the cytosol of the neurons?  I've read that it also shows up in damaged
astrocytes, but not healthy ones? And does anyone have any references on
using a-NSE to stain for neurons? and how do you subscribe to this
newsgroup?
