In response to Dawn's comment about leaving the box of blades in the
cryostat so they will be cold.  Our Leica rep told us not to do that
because yes the oil does get cold and the blades are hard to get out.  He
said that these blades (we use the low profile in the cryo also)  are so
thin that they get cold fast.  By the time we have the block in and
adjusted the knife is cold.  We do it all the time and have no problems.
