Thanks for sharing your experience with Her2 staining and B5. I would still
like to know if anyone has any experience with the effects of
decalcification. I generally agree that decalcification after suitable
fixation will have minimal effects on immunohistochemistry. I have, however,
noticed that staining with some antibodies PSA for example, may be adversely
effected. Tom
