I have a question regarding cerb (her2) staining. We are using the Dako
polyclonal antibody to cerb and we are very pleased with the results.
However, I was wondering if anybody has any experience with the effects of
(1) decalcification with HCl and (2) B5 fixation on cerb staining. We want
to stain mets in a bone marrow, unfortunately, we don't have access to the
primary breast tissue. So we have no way of checking our results. Any
comments would be appreciated! Thanks. Tom
