double IHC with HRP both labels

WE have done double staining using HRP for both antibodies, the only thing
one has to remember to do is

1.  First antibody requires an endogenous
peroxidase block, then do protocol up through DAB chromogen (Vector kit) then:

2.  Quench all peroxidase left over from first protocol, using the same
peroxidase blocking reagent before starting with second antibody, proceed
with rest of staining.   We used Vector's VIP as second chromogen

Nice to do this if you do not have an alk phos kit, or want to try it.
