I thought the library here at UW subscribed (note spelling) but guess not.
I;m sure you could request it to be added to their listings.

It would be much easier to join NSH and get your own copy, free with
membership, not to mention the host of other benefits. :)  I have all of
them (back to the 1st one, bound) in my office if you would like to review
them, BUT, only if you promise to join NSH.  Now that's where we need
numbers. :)
