i am not sure if this specific question is addressed but a good general
guidelines booklet is put out by NCCLS called "Quality Assurance for
Immunocytochemistry: Proposed Guideline" (NCCLS document MM4-P), you
can obtain a copy from NCCLS by phone at 610-688-1100, by fax at
610-688-6400 website: http://www.nccls.org
I think is cost $25.
