Hi Jill,
I don't work in a veterinary lab, and I don't have a block of
Leptospirosis ( sorry), however - we buy control slides from Sigma which
are Spirochete positive (Treponema Pallidum). They're pretty expensive,
but we don't use them very often. They cost us (UK)£96 for 25 slides.
Obviously a control block would be preferable, but if you're stuck you
could always try Sigma.
