Hi Kelly
I'm using the Serotec ED-1 Ab @ 1:250 for an hour @ RT, including a
citrate/microwave antigen retrieval, 2* Ab is from Vector - biotinylated
horse anti mouse IgG, rat adsorbed @ 1:200 and the ABC-AP detection method.
What staining protocol do you use?

What type of staining protocol are you using?
We stain rat brain with Serotec ED-1 antiboday and get great
staining.
