Hello Everyone,
Has anyone out there had any experience using Pepsin as
pretreatment for IHC's. If so what is the concentration that you have
used. I am using factor VIII antibody and pepsin pretreatment is
recommended. I have pepsin on had but it is not from the company that
makes the primary antibody. Any advice is welcome.
