A research tech in our lab asked me to post this question:After using
Saccomano's fixative and spinning the specimen (at 640 rpm), morphology
of all other cells is very good, but neutrophils look like "ghosts"or as
if they had splattered. Are neutrophils more fragile maybe? She would
wellcome any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
Katri.
