am making this request on behalf of a friend:-
could anyone suggest a staing method for peritoneal cell smears taken from
culture. Using Leishman, while nuclear detail is fine, suspect this may be
hiding cytoplasmic detail and or granules. Advise and constructive critisms
would be greatly appreciated.
