Hi Histonetters,
Does anyone demonstrate chlamydia on animal/poultry tissues by special
staining or IHC?
I am aware of the Pierce Vander Kamp stain but do not have the procedure.
If by IHC, is there a commercial source of primary antisera for chlamydia
psittaci ?
I will be working on poultry and ovine placenta tissues.
