I could use some help for a vendor that is gamma chain specific for
Hemoglobin F, that, yes, of course, works on formalin-fixed,
paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Most (even monoclonals) seem to
have contaminating Adult hemoglobin in the soup mixture. Does anyone
know the truth out there if monospecific or polyspecific is the way to go?
Any (working) protocols with tips will receive my highest accolades. At
this time, I will not offend anyone by offering a monetary reward.

Thanking you in advance,
