I realise that when I posted my message  relating to the method for
determining myocardial infarction I did not clarify that this is
performed on UNFIXED tissue (I cannot in all honesty use the word
fresh!). If you are still interested in the method, would you send me
a fax # (or snail mail address - if you don't mind the wait) as it
would be easier and probably more accurate than me typing it out.
