We let fresh tissue fix between 2 -7 days (depending on how big the tissue
is).  We then process the samples for 12 hours.  We have a Leica TP 1050
automatic processor and we do 10%NBF, ETHO dehydration, histoclear clearing
reagent then into paraffin.
