Can I suggest that you search your specimen files for any liver
specimens (surgical or autopsy) which were diagnosed as Primary Biliary
Cirrhosis. This type of material usually has copper deposition and in my
experience works well especially if you use the Rhodanine method.
You will find reference to this in Prof Peter Scheuer's book on Liver
Biopsy Interpretation.
