Not sure who has an antibody - but, there are some fluorescent alk phos
substrates
out there that may work even better.  My lab did some work with this about
8 years
ago when I was still with Sigma, and we had fairly reasonable success with
these
substrates and flow.  Unfortunately we never published the results and it's
been
too long for me to remember the exact substrates, but check the literature,
there
are references out there to this effect.
