Dave,
I suggest you try DAKO's new ARK(Animal research kit) for your animal
IHC work.  I have one of these kits in my fridge, but haven't had time
to try it yet, it has promise of working well with all animal
antibodies, because you actually bind the antibody to the detection link
in a test tube before putting it on the the tissue.
