O.K. one more story:

We used to store our old paraffin blocks in shirt type cardboard boxes.  One
of these old autopsy cases were pulled to recut for a legal matter.  The tray
of blocks was set on the bottom shelf of an overhead cupboard.  Two days later
when I went to retrieve them, I found they had formed one big block.  Seems
the light in the overhead cabinet was hot enough to melt the paraffin.  It
took some time but they were seperated and re-embeded.
