Dear Bev,
I have used this antibody on paraffin (LM) and Lowicryl HM20 (LM and EM)
embedded tissue. Tissue was fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 2hrs.
No antigen retrieval. Dilution 1/200-1/400. Incubation time: 1 hr.
Detection: two-step immunogold/silver staining with ultra-small gold.
