Novocastras AB works fine for us, but you have to be careful in the Antigen
retrieval step. We use 20 min
steamer followed by 30 min cooling. Also this antibody for unknown reason
does have problems (same as
CD2 and CD 7 from Novocastra) with DAKO's new enhancement kit. We therefore
use Vectastain.
