Muhammad,
If I am hearing correctly you are being asked whether you should
or should not have written standard protocols? If this is the case I
advise you to answer yes and indicate a time frame in which it will be
completed. My fear is that you are being asked [told] to have you
protocols for review on October 11. Hope it is the former.
