Tammy's story reminded me of one

Many years ago the department decided to dispose of old auotpsy blocks. The
person responsible for purging the files decided rather than throw them in the
trash they would incinerate them with the limbs. Evidently the load was too
much for the incinerator to handle and molten ( I use this word for two
reasons: 1--it was molten, and 2-- it looked like a volcano erupting)
paraffin came pouring out the incinerator room and into the hall. Afterwards
the blocks were clearly marked " do not burn" .
