Hi fellow listees,
Would decalcification affect Kappa/Lambda staining? Controls came out well
but no staining on patient which pathologist insists should have stained.
The stains were done on a bm core bx which had been decalcified in RDO. The
T/B cell stains on the same block came out beautiful. Any ideas/thoughts
from you experts? I am just a user!?!
