        Morphosave is from Ventana sold
separately cat# 250-010 in I think a 500ml size.
It improves My mouse spleen, LN morphology
greatly. I don't use it on all tissues some like
these mouse ears I'm working on look fine w/o
it. Directions are on the bottle, I fix w/ cold(-20)
acetone for 1 minute prior to storing the slides
then 5-10 minutes prior to running IHC. It's
good stuff I think everyone that has had some
poor morphology after IHC should give it a shot.
