Thanks for the information regarding rat macrophages.
Do you think that using anti-lysosome antibody we are able to stain
alveolar macrophages from rat fetuses.  My concern is if lysosomes
from fetal macrophages are present and able to stain.  Sorry, but my
graduate student is always giving me new challenges. You can write me
