RE: [Histonet] B5 fixative

We do not use B5 at all. In fact Poly Scientific has discontinued it. For those areas like us that are going Mercury free, the Pathologist would have no choice but to find a replacement fixative. For those who still use B5, just how are you disposing of it?

How many still use B5 fixative? And for those who do not, what do you
use as a replacement? One of our pathologists is insistent on using B5,
and we'd rather try to get away from it.
