Again a question about this issue:

Has anybody experience with CISH on acid decalcified bonemarrow biopsies? We
use formic acid ("Calrite") for 8 hours after NBF-fixation.

In my opinion the acid would destroy DNA and RNA. And therefore a
hybridization cannot be successful or at least not reliable.
