Hi,
We do 110 - 150 blocks per day. We have 3 techs and 3 pathologists. We do have an automated special stainer which has been a huge time saver (Artisan). We do the pick ups from the ORs, FNAs, Cyto set up, grossing of small stuff, embedding, microtomy, IHCs and everything else that needs to be done like procedure writing, ordering of supplies, scheduling and autopsies.
