Hi histonetters,

Has anyone experience with detecting immunoglobulins in human skin by
"regular" immunohistochemistry instead of immunofluorescence? We think about
a diploma thesis, that deals with the comparison of this techniques (IF on
frozens and IHC on FFPE).
