You can charge per slide.  We charge $20 per slide for referrals outside
of diagnostic purposes.  Research, legal or for someones interest.  It
must be across the board with no exceptions.  It has cut down on the
number of requests and re-requests because of lost slides.  Some doctors
get mad, but stick to your guns and you will get this accomplished and
not be going crazy with requests.
