AW: [Histonet] Ventana DAB detections

From:"Gudrun Lang"

The polymer kit has the advantage, that you don't have to think about
endogenous biotin. The disadvantage is, that in denser parts of the tissue
the polymer "sticks" and gives a higher background.
We had no problems with shelflife. When we receive the kit, shelfelife is
usually about 3-4 months.

Hi,
We are going to switch from the basic DAB kit to either the IVIEW or
UltraView. Do any of you have preferences between the two? If so- what are
the reasons?
Thanks,
