Hello fellow netters! I have posed the "what do I charge for technical help" on frozens but now I need the supply cost. How would you break down a cost per case, for slides, OCT, blades, towels, cassettes, Cytocool, ink, etc.? We're talking like 10-12 blocks frozen in a month's time (for an outside surgicenter skin case) using our hospital supplies. We are trying to draw up a contract to charge the Pathologist for using our services. 
Any suggestions?
