I was wondering if anyone out there has experience working with the Ventana Discovery and/or XMatrx automated IHC stainers.  I work in a research lab with mouse tissue and would love to hear what others have experienced using these machines in similar settings.  Have you worked up in situ protocols with dig labeled probes?  Have you used the companies reagents or do you use your own?  What problems have you encountered?
