Re: [Histonet] How do you get red pulp really red?
I'd suggest using Eosin Y with Phloxine, from Sigma Chemical Company, Fisher
Scientific or Richard-Allan Scientific, among others. That's what our
pathologists like as a counterstain with hematoxylin because it gives a brighter
red than the Eosin Y alone. I hope this is what you need.
