Hi everyone,

I´m planning to use cells, grown in chamber slides, to 
immunofluorescence. Does anyone out there know if it is possible to 
store these cells (human fibroblasts) for some time after fixation with 
ice-cold  ethanol. Should they be kept in refridgerator or frozen and 
should they be covered by some buffer.
