Cleaved caspase 3 from Cell Signaling Technologies will work on FFPE
specimens with high pH retreival. Your best bet for your positive
control would be mesenteric lymph node. I have a protocol if you need
one.

Hi everyone

Is anyone of you aware of an antibody (mono- or polyclonal) that can be
used to detect apoptosis in rat colon FFPE?
