Hello all-   

  I am trying to get calcein into solution to label growing bones but 
    some particles always seem to remain undissolved.  Is this usual or do I

    need to adjust the solution slightly?  I have played with the pH but
this 
    doesn't seem to fully solve the problem.  

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
